License to Freepik Ai: You grant Freepik Ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service (including AI model training, unless you opt out where opt-out is available).
License to you: Subject to these Terms, Freepik Ai grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your internal, non-commercial or commercial purposes (depending on your subscription) in accordance with these Terms.
We and our licensors retain ownership of the Service, underlying technology, models, software, and all intellectual property rights related to them. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
Images generated by the Service are subject to the license terms above. To the extent permitted by applicable law and your subscription, you may use, reproduce, and distribute generated images, provided you comply with these Terms and applicable laws (including third-party rights and content restrictions).
We may impose additional rules or restrictions on certain content types (e.g., celebrity likenesses, copyrighted characters, or other restricted categories).
Paid features are billed through the payment methods you provide. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing or subscription terms with notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal reasons, or business reasons. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or anonymize your content according to our Data Retention practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freepik Ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freepik Ai and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of third-party rights.
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and exploit such feedback without restriction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Freepik Ai is incorporated (unless otherwise stated). You agree to comply with applicable export and import control laws and not to use the Service in violation of those laws.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

Use Freepik Ai lawfully. You retain responsibility for content you upload; by using the service you grant Freepik Ai a license to operate and improve the service (including training) unless you opt out where opt-out is provided. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Freepik Ai concerning the Service and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
